I still can't believe Tannehill looked as good as he has in the last month or so, but the rest of the team and coaches have taken a shit around him.

I agree with the Sanchez comments. It just shows that the Jets management was wrong.

And I agree on Sanchez. The kid was so young and inexperienced when they drafted him. They did not handle him well.

Exactly, once again we ruined a decent young QB through our crappy organization. We'll never learn.

It's almost like the "evolution of the quarterback position" that everyone predicted would result from guys like Kaepernick and RG3 was a crock of shit.

Russell Wilson seems to be doing OK with it. Perhaps RGIII and Kap are just a couple of bitches!

That's just cause Russell Wilson has Marshawn Lynch and one of the best defenses in the league to bail him out. Seahawks are an 8-8 team this year without those two factors. They also benefitted this year from the 9ers taking a dive.

I still don't think Sanchez is a good QB. Whenever it's up to him and the game is on his hands he hasn't got the job done. He's a good game manager and with talented people around him can really keep the team in the game and score enough points. But he's not good enough to bring a team back from a deficit or to lead a long game winning drive or anything like that. If the defense or special teams mess up, he's not a guy you can count on to fix it. He's not a bad QB just not a good one...he's certainly better than Geno Smith that's for sure

Tannehill is really coming along, he looked pretty damn good this year. Miami is going to be a tough team next year for sure, I'd be suprised if we don't see them in the playoffs in the next 1-2 years

And Kap didn't have a good defense and a solid running game in his time there? Come on, man.

Not to mention the Cards have taken place of the Niners in that division.

Fantasy football championship -- my team is banged up, but made the finals. I need advice:

QB:

1.) An injured Phillip Rivers (playing w/o his #1 WR) @ San Fran
2.) Mark Sanchez @ Washington (worst fantasy pass defense)

WR/TE/RB FLEX:

1.) Vincent Jackson v. GB (lot of garbage time potential for him after Tampa gets blown out)
2.) Jordan Matthews @ WAS (again, awful Pass D, but he was shut out for 0 pts last week)
3.) Shane Vereen @ NYJ (Patriots running backs, UGH)

DEF:

1.) Houston v. Baltimore
2.) Denver @ Cincinnati (the Bengals & Andy Dalton are fucking HORRENDOUS on prime time games)

I would go with Sanchez and Denver defense. I'm not sure about the flex spot though.

I'm in the championship game in my league too. I'm just pissed because I have Demarco Murray and he had to get hurt this past weekend

Lost in all of this bears talk is the fact they have the worst defense in the league, their coaches are inept (crying in team meetings) and the play calling has been atrocious.

Cutler hasn't been great, but this disaster is on Trestman/Emery.
