If you don't love it, you are either a bitcher or you don't like the band anymore...

I'm out.

i hear ya, but it's not like they've ever stated that was what THEY want to do with these discs and they've never approached them that way.

so i just think it's silly to get disappointed and complain about them not living up to a standard that really only you've built up in your mind.

Heh, last year's was digging? I like last year's I just don't think they went that deep with it either. It's good for modern era stuff, I'll give you that.

In any event, not looking to make it into a bitch fest. It is what it is, glad most people like it.

Nice way of saying the same thing, no? I was mostly fucking around anyway.

For the most part I like the tracklist, but the 2006-present only is a little disappointing...particularly on the 10. Just saying I'd like to see the 10 have a few deeper tracks on the list. Its not like this isn't for presumably the more hardcore fanbase. I'm not all upset or anything, just expressing some thoughts.

i'm fine with it being all newer stuff. most of the releases lately are 90's shows and i feel like they've really scaled back present day shows after doing like 4 '08 releases in that one year, so i'm itching for this stuff.

Like I said, I just think it would be nice if the extra 3 tracks for the 10 dug deeper. It isn't the end of my world and they never made any promises or anything, just something I'd like. It's just more recent stuff I probably won't listen to very much/at all.

I'm not trying to piss in anyone's cornflakes though so I won't ruin the thread for people with criticism. Just my initial reaction...I will give it a shot when I get the tracks.

KILL THE KING! and i'm talking about the best kill the king.

i'm a fan, love that its 10 tracks, don't understand why they don't use older stuff, you and me sucks but the rest is cool, someone tell them they've released that billies before and they should replace it with good good time.

also, 3 songs with butch!!!!

Probably not because it's not actually a 'for sale' item.

I don't subscribe to the conspiracy, just saying.

ok and i would have preferred one or two new songs from the winter tour to the riff and snow outside. only because i like broken things and drunken soldier more.

but that's not really a complaint since those two will obviously be released eventually.
