Nice to know. I always figured it was just for people looking to cut some quick weight. Didn't realize it raised plasma and RBC counts.

If you go to the Boston CraigsList personals and type in "BSC," you'll see evidence of the horrors I speak of. A bunch of coworkers pointed it out to me one day and I've completely blocked the sauna out of my psyche since.

All the bodybuilders are in town for the Arnold Classic here this weekend. Some of the amateurs were at my gym last night. Casually reppin out 505 on bench. Roided out of their mind. They look so disgusting.

My mom is a powerlifter. Held the new york state record for a few months for deadlift in the 132 weight class.

EDIT: record was broken after only like six weeks by a russian chick named olga i shit you not.
