The Workout / Diet Thread

I figure some of you guys run, lift, hike, and so forth, so I thought it'd be cool to have a thread to see what kind of workouts some people are into, share advice, routines, diets, accomplishments, post pictures of hot fitness chicks, etc. I'm a gym rat and am always looking for ideas on different routines, ideas and advice.

Also, if there's one thread Spence should have zero interest in, it's this one.

No, for the longest time I thought Nick was a fat kid. I think I confused him with someone I saw at a show one time who was broish and girthy.

I actually thought this would be nice though. There've gotta at least be some hikers on this board.

the only exercise i've ever done with any sort of regularity is running/jogging. i have no interest in looking like a jacked up retard and no interest in daffy broads that go for that stupid shit
