I highly recommend you go back through this thread if you really want to understand....I've put a lot of work into maintaining this thread with articles over the years that show the renewable transition taking place.

The media has been saying "competition is coming" for Tesla since the beginning. Nah. Audi just unveiled its 2022 e-tron GT and it still can't beat Tesla.

The competition is EV vs. ICE.

A lot of my dad’s friends worked in the offshore oil industry, and I liked the sound of working outside, being busy and keeping on my feet. I’m not sure how I’d cope being stuck in an office all day. Everyone I spoke to said the same thing: oil is dead, renewables are the future.

Green hydrogen has been a passion project of technologists since the 1970s, but has historically not been able to economically compete with brown and black hydrogen because electrolyzer technologies that enable it are not mass-manufactured, thus are too capital intense.

I've been hearing about hydrogen fuel cell cars since I was a Freshman in high school (1997). It doesn't seem to have progressed at all since then. Meanwhile electric cars are taking off
