man... 10 years old. i distinctly remember having it and listening to it for the first time as i drove to dmb's show in atlanta in 2003. hard to believe i'm ten years removed from that memory that is still relatively vivid

And when he wrote IBYU.

Perhaps it's not novel to suggest both Sweet and Belly Full would have better fit a new Dave solo album. But that is the only real complaint you can make against them. By themselves they are not terrible songs.

I remember driving to Walmart at 6 am to pickup the CD and they hadn't put it out yet. I found someone who was setting up televisions, had him stop what he was doing, look in the back and roll out a cart with all the new released on it. I dipped my hand right into a box, pulled and Some Devil and gave him a buck for helping me.

I went to my 9 am class stoned out of my mind and with a smile on my face.

I like Baby and Oh. Dont care too much for Grey Blue Eyes though.

Weather needs to be a little cooler before its time for me to listen to this.

Belly Full is a good song. I bet there would be no hate if it had been on a Dave solo album and not a full band album.

Do people have a problem with Christmas Song and I'll Back You Up being on R2T? Those aren't full band either. Where's the outrage?

Baby is a great song. Grey Blue Eyes is the very epitome of filler (although the Vegoose version is rocking).

I agree with this, i'm a fan of Baby. I think Grey Blue Eyes is the worst song on SD

and there needs to be a hint of burning wood in the air. Not a forest fire, but just a small wood stove's worth from about a mile away.

The one thing that bothers me about the record is the clicking percussion on Stay or Leave. That song could've been produced so much better, IMO.
