Curb Your Enthusiasm

If you have never watched this show, it is time to start. The DVDs are cheap these days (~$20) a season, so get to it. Honestly, watch this scene and tell me you don't laugh hysterically.

The 7th season just started a couple of weeks ago

It's one of my favorite shows on television. I need to watch the new season soon.

I hear the entire cast of Seinfeld is returning.

They are indeed. They have the original sets from the show ready to go.

The first two episodes this season have been absolutely hysterical. I can't wait for the Seinfeld stuff to start up on Sunday!

They both kill ANYTHING season 6 had to offer. I've always adored seasons 1-5, and I was disappointed in 6, and this season so far has been so refreshingly great and it's only been the two pre-Seinfeld-story episodes! Can't wait for the rest.

I thought 6 was great, but the second half of it was the best. My favorite is the episode where his wife divorces him.

That's strange, I thoroughly enjoyed 6

me too. I thought Season 6 had some great episodes. I don't really feel like the show has had any major low points in its history.

Season 6 was too... dark for me. I thought Larry was too angry and depressing in a lot of episodes, especially the finale when he's berating his assistant (the clip in first post) and has a totally unexplained confusing "tickle in his anus" (what was that all about?). The "Rat Dog" episode was one of my least favorite episodes ever. The one where the doctor shaves Jeff's head was also bizarre. I dunno, the season had its moments, but I really love 1-5 and thought it was subpar compared to those. These first two season 7 episodes are top-notch though.

The season finale was great though. The end with Larry and the Blacks in the movie theater.

The end was hilarious, but that was 30 seconds of the episode, heh.
Anyway, onward and upward. Personally, I'm curious to see if any fists will fly when Leon inevitably meets Michael Richards.

I can't believe I hadn't put the two and two together with The Blacks and Michael Richards.

I wonder if this will help his entertainment career any.

Not as funny as the first two, but still good and acted well as a set-up for this whole reunion storyline.

Well done, but I still don't like the show having a major plot arc. "Larry trying to win his ex-wife back" Meh, it still doesn't feel like the Larry David thing to do on a show, yet he's doing it his way and it doesn't feel like the show has a plot. Did that make sense?
