I swung by the venue early (was actually able to walk right backstage for a few minutes). One of the worst venues I've seen, the pictures make it look better than it is. It's in the middle of nowhere and the outside is a shit hole. Just a shed on the side of a highway. Too bad they couldnt find a better place out here.

That's disappointing. It does look like a tin can.

Seriously, that place has all the charm of a state highway department garage.

Let me try that again

Apparently I'm terrible at this. Will try again later.

Since the roof of this place is paper thin you can hear the sound check clear as day. VITR at the moment.

They can't even go through soundcheck without playing that song, man when Dave gets into something he really doesn't give it up. Remember when theyactually used soundchecks to practice and work on new stuff?

Isn't Virginia in the Rain technically still a work in progress? I really enjoy that one, personally.

Sounds pretty finished to me and it hasn't changed at all since it debuted so I think it's done. I think the song is ok too, definitley don't mind it but getting to that overplayed point that Sister, Shake Me etc. category. He's making me want to hate it. I would enjoy it much more if it was more rare.

I really like this set. A great mix. LLD and BOWA. Nice.
And Carlos sharing Tim's solo spot seems like a great thing.

Surprised no double encore or Samurai Coo. Oh well, great show.

Great show, the tape of it will be high quality. To the guy in the 2nd row yelling for Mercy as BOWA was starting please shut up!

The crowd was annoying at times but Dave handled them well. I was front row center and had a huge Last Stop sign there the whole night that he acknowledged a couple of times. Doubt anything will come of it but worth a shot.

Yeah the crowd refused to leave for a while even after they started taking stuff apart and the house lights came on. Not sure why they didn't go for two. Still a great show though.

Could have been because of your Last Stop sign.
