I just put on 10.5.04 now actually. Very Butch heavy tape. One Sweet World sounds phenomenal with his fills.

8.7.03 is another one that sticks in my head and has absolutely filthy versions of Two Step and Minarets.

They're on my radar. Thanks.

A few of the September '00 tapes are fantastic and still hold up. I don't really remember some of those tapers' names; Chen or Wang or something like that. His 9/10/00 pull is really nice. Also...crap....stronofsky or whatever, I THINK it was his pull from 9/2/00 that's a show I listen to a lot.

I've listened to 9/10/00 so much, it's one of my all time favorite shows. I'll check out 9/2 (and you're thinking Mike Sarnofsky, I believe.)

so far, I've got:

9/2/00
4/7/02
8/7/03
10/5/04

I miss when OSW used to sound good. It's just a loud discombobulated clusterfuck at this point.

I have a weird recommendation for '01. 5.9.01 is the third to last show that the band did as just the 5 of them with no guests, and it's better than the second to last and last ones. I used to listen to that a lot just because it was a great performance and also so different.

Yeah, I remember this one but the shows around it always got more play than this one for me. I'll add it to the list!

That's another one, like 9/10/00, that I've listened to ad-nauseum. Great show.

Been a while since I’ve listened to it, but 6.9.06 was one of my go tos for that year. IIRC, Grace is Gone, Dreaming Tree, and Jimi Thing and ASTB with the full horn section all taking turns were all pretty awesome.

Listened to that one a few weeks back, always enjoyed the early 2006 shows (Deer Creek through Canada)

For 2009, 7/28 really stands out as an amazing tape. Pretty good show too.

Listening to 3/7/99 today. This Seek Up.

I always enjoy listening to 8/5/06 even though its got a lackluster encore.

That middle section is really nice.

That’s solid. I’ll add that to my list.
