I'm damn surprised I never noticed this.

For me, it's the best released version of Seek Up they've done. I love everything about it.

This and 7/30/2001 are a coin flip for #1. Both perfect, imo .

This is the best LT release. I just can't get enough of how this band sounded in 2000.

This is correct. And to me it's not even close.

Every time I pull this release out I think to myself "this can't be as good as I remember it being, can it?"

But it totally is. Just got blown away again by this Seek Up > Rapunzel, Busted Stuff, Maker, Bartender, JTR, and Ants during my commute yesterday. Really the whole damn thing is gold.

More 2000 releases soon please.

Don't forget Grace and Raven. Unbelievably good versions.

This is newly available along with a bunch of other live trax on Spotify. Haven't listened to this show in a few years, holy hell it's amazing!

18 years ago today

Put on this Seek Up Heartbeat Intro Linus and Lucy Pantala Naga Pampa Rapunzel today. Roi takes all of these performances to town.

Grey Street from this release is approximately 17 times better than Grey Street as it's settled to be in 2018.

Roi is fairly ridiculous throughout the whole show. Even on the Ants intro he's killing it.

Extremely refreshing show to listen to after spending years away from it. On Raven, at the end of the first chorus, Dave lands on a harmony line as opposed to the melody he usually sings there. Did he ever do that any time else? I've always liked that part. (And haven't listened to any other 2000 Ravens in ages.)

Just went back and saw that these were my thoughts when this thread was started 9 years ago. Honestly at this point I would probably rate this just ABOVE Red Rocks. Probably my favorite release, at worst in my top 3 along with RR and LT30. Just phenomenal from start to finish.

Iím not a live trax collector but Iíve heard this on SXM and itís just fantastic. The mix is out of this world. It also sounds like heís using the Chet Atkins on some of it.

If you were to only get one Live Trax I think this one should be it. There are some other REALLY good ones but I think this is the pinnacle for me.
