It’s funny how we all feel the same about these songs and the season. Stay or leave is definitely the best example, IMO.

I can't tell you much about the 2004 ones. But 12/16/03 is pretty nice.

I wonít derail the Politics thread further. I suggested that the best DMB albums are created when Dave is politically satisfied.
This was released in the final months of Bushís first term. From a songwriting stand point Itís definitely better than every DMB record after BTCS.

I donít care for Gravedigger or An Another Thing. The rest is solid.

Gravedigger is so much better as a solo acoustic tune. That being said, I think it just got drove into the ground and then Willie covering it badly didn't help.

Seeing willie Nelson struggle through gravedigger with dmb back to back nights at Fenway Park is one of the worst things I’ve seen the band do. That was a real wtf moment. I can only imagine seeing Danny Barnes singing with dmb.

Probably better suited for the other thread but 2009 has some tough moments.

For fucks sake, it’s time for DMB to try out Dodo. That’s all. Always love this album in the fall.

What a missed opportunity. Vinyl hounds would snap that baby up.

A) Dodo/So Damn Lucky/Gravedigger/Some Devil
B) Trouble/Grey Blue Eyes/Save Me
C) Stay or Leave/An' Another Thing/Oh/Baby
D) Up and Away/Too High/Gravedigger (acoustic)

Git 'er done.

If prefer Dodo but Too High makes way too much sense with this lineup.

SMTS -> Bridge -> Too Much -> Too High Outro

The new lineup hasn't even tried If Only, which should be a shoe-in given Buddy.

Totally agree on too high... but Dodo first

Itís a built in opener... Tim would crush it., add the horns in. It makes perfect sense!

Not trying Dodo full band is a head scratcher. Too High needs strings.
