Yep, getting hot at the right time.

Certainly didn't look like the best team in the league. Atlanta sucks. Seatle seems to be coming together at the right time. I put them #1 right now.

The Falcants will not win a SB with Matt Ryan behind the helm. Matty Ice? Is that because he freezes up when the pressure is on? The pick he threw that was supposed to be a pass to Hester sums his whole life up IMO.

I can understand this opinion as well. I just think that Rodgers is incredible over the past few weeks. They led by over 20 pts at halftime for the past 5-6 weeks now.

Ok, I made a mistake. The stat is that they have scored over 20 points by halftime over their last 5 home games.

I'm a fiery person and that trait colors my judgement, so I don't trust a person without a fire in their belly, nor do I feel that they can lead a team into battle.

Good to see another absolutely horrible call by Ed Hochuli that will most likely directly effect the outcome of this SEA v SF game.

That roughing call was horse shit.

I agree that was a bad call. It did not affect the outcome. The Seahawks were in FG range and were about to make it 13-7. Instead they made it 17-7. SF never scored again as they ended with 7 points so it didn't change the outcome.

Edit: Letter of the law, it may have been a penalty because the defender hit a qb with the crown of his helmet just after he threw, when he is considered defenseless. I don't think what he did should be a penalty though. He has to hit the qb in some way and he didn't do anything that seemed egregious so they need to change how the rule is applied. That was just a good clean hit IMO.

Disagree. SF had to score twice in a short amount of time instead of trying to control the ball and drive to win the game. It forced them to abandon any kind of 'normal' offensive mentality.

Don't care though, as I am a Cowboys fan. Just hate when officials leave their mark on what could've been a better finish in one of the better games on an NFL Sunday in December.

And then they lose to the Buffalo Jills. And Rodgers tanked my fantasy playoffs. Noooooo!

I disagree with that. The penalty happened with 14:15 in the game and the Seahawks still had to put it in the end zone from the 7 yard line against a tough defense. They scored a TD one minute later and kicked off to SF with 13:24 left. SF then put up their longest drive of the game in regards to amount of plays and Time of Possession.

They drove 55 yards on 14 plays in 7:50 and turned the ball over on downs. Kaepernick attempted 3 passes on the drive. The other 11 plays were 7 designed runs and 4 scrambles because Kaepernick either had very little time or nobody downfield to throw to. The previous 2 SF drives to this drive they had 6 plays for 12 yards and 3 plays for -8 yards and then the final SF drive they had 4 plays for 6 yards. I didn't see SF abandon the run at all. They just couldn't move the ball.

The NFL (Dean Blandino) has weighed in on that call
