I actually think they are. They don’t need an opening band to sell tickets, seriously? Come on man.

Gorge gets openers because 99% of the people camp and they want something to help fill the time of day.
Any other place that might gets an opener is being nice imo

Yeah it’s also the only venue they still do 3 night stands. So I think there’s a incentive to make it more special and make it more of a “destination” weekend. Having the openers gives it that feel. I think they view MSG similarly, which is why you see guests almost every time they play there.

Shame they can't add a couple shows in Canada. Or at least extend the tour in the US to early December. There's gotta be a couple states they haven't hit. Only 6 shows left.

Ticketmaster is showing basically entire sections unsold in the upper bowl. It's pretty pathetic. I'd say half the venue will be empty.

Maybe so, probably a bit more casual trickle in from OSU if it were on campus like the 2018. This is downtown at the hockey arena.

Dave Matthews will be at the Moore Theatre this year on November 20th performing at A SMASH Benefit: Songs of Hope LIVE! It will be an amazing night of performances all in support of musicians’ health. [Only registered users can see links.]

DMB is totally irrelevant to college kids. Columbus has struggled to sell since Polaris closed. I remember the Crew stadium show was probably the smallest crowd I’ve seen in Ohio and Nationwide a few years ago was empty as well. I think the one at the baseball stadium did ok.

They need to donate thousands of those upper level seats.
