I watched the first episode today. I couldn't believe it was 32mins long but these extended times could work for the story. Nice to see Sally Sitwell briefly during the introduction. I was happy they explained what happened after when Michael took off with his son on the boat. It was a good first start to the long-awaited season!

Ok done with the season.

Overall, it was very good. Mileage will vary on your affection for whatever character a particular episode is focused on. Tobias and Gob tended to be my favorites along with George Michael and Maeby's.

The final moment of the season is a beauty.

From what I can tell so far, you don't really need to watch them in order. With the exception of the people who got 2 episodes, at least those have to be in order.

Yeah it was more like if you don't want to watch one (like Lindsay's), then you really don't have to.

Of course I'm only through the first 7, so I suppose that could change. I would imagine the last one probably needs to be the last one.

Regardless, it's crazy how intertwined the stories are. I'm having a lot of fun going through these.

The season definitely gets better as it goes along and finishes really strong after a little bumpy start.

I can tell you there are definitely a couple episodes I won't watch more than maybe one more time, but there a bunch that will become all time favorites.

while I'd give the season an A-, this B+ review pretty much sums things up well

Oh man...this show hasn't ceased to be clever. I'm six epiosdes in and the Tobias one made me laugh the most.

Agreed. Definitely too much Lindsay/George Sr in the front half.

I used to think that too, but entire episodes devoted to him is a bit much. Especially when it's about both him and Oscar. That's just a lot of Jeffrey Tambor.

I watched the first 2 last night. Definitely liked the Michael episode better than the George Sr., but that one was pretty good too. So cool that it came back after so long and feels just like it always did.

I only had time to get through the first 5. I thought it started a little slow and just got better and better. Episdoes 4 and especially 5 (Tobias) were really great.

Anus Tart. Classic.

loving this season so far. 10 episodes in, i wish they'd bring the family together for some interaction already

and what's the deal with the varying episode length?

Wiig was great as young Lucille, but I didn't think Rogen got his George impression right AT ALL.
