I also don't think anyone that isn't you can understand how you had an awesome day on 12/10/05 by listening to the show's tape. What Bill and most others are saying is that the show itself is nothing spectacular and an above average played show from a horrible tour. |

Wasn't confetti raining down like snowflakes during the 12/10/05 Halloween encore? I think I remember reading that and possibly seeing a short video back way when. I can definitely understand how that show is up there in DMB lore. In addition to the encore, that Seek Up is sick.

I was at 12/10/05 and I will say that it was a great show to attend, and superb for that year.
BUT, I was also at Red Rocks that year, and I will say that 9/11/05 was utterly mind blowing compared to the MSG show. That was a truly incredible show. I STILL love and listen to that show, and it holds up. 12/10/05 doesn’t hold up nearly as well, aside from 4 or 5 songs.

12.10s setlist was a wet dream for ‘05. You would NEVER have all those songs in the same set back in that year, so that was a big deal. 9/11/05 is also really good for sure. But I thought that red rocks run was pretty horrible aside from that show. (9/10 was really good too I guess) still too much Stand Yo though throughout that I rarely go back and listen to those.

That opening run from 12/10/05 was awesome. The band sounded fantastic.

I was also at that show but of 30 full band shows it doesn't crack my Top 5. I had a really good time that night though. |

12.10.05 at MSG was the first show I went to with my now wife. Some might call the confetti corny, but it was awesome being there in that moment. Also hearing Minarets and Halloween for the first time. Great night.
