YouTube, of all streaming sites, should be capable of handling high traffic on a live streamed event.

I'm hoping for a bunch of Come Tomorrow songs. It'll be nice to get some clean soundboards.

I'm hoping for Raven, R&R, Stone, Typical, Say Goodbye, Bartender, BEF, and Spoon. But that's just me.

here ya go dude!

Raven from DMB25 is fantastic.

Spoon from Live Trax 28 is fucking gorgeous.

Bartender from Live Trax 2008 is

BEF --> Granny on DMB25 is a nice treat.

There is a great thread and poll about versions of Say Goodbye you should check out.

Typical and Rhyme both have a great chance of being played during this webcast.

lol I get your point. I'll be there in the pit and really just want to jive to some old gems, don't care much for quality recordings of the new stuff, they'll come eventually. plus I'm really only jiving with about 3 or 4 songs from the new album anyways.

IOY, She, Come On (verse/chorus only. Ok once and a while I sneak in a Cupid line and feel weird about it).

And to piggyback on the stream, sure there's always the potential for an issue but I've watched a ton of streamed shows on YouTube with no issue 99% of the time. It's going to be fine.

And if it happens to fuck up for you I'd imagine they'll either keep it posted to enjoy whenever after the fact and/or someone will capture it and post it.

No big deal.

Have to think this is a test drive for doing paid streams in the near future. Nugs retweeted the announcement of the live stream. I wonder if they are involved?

That's exactly what I thought of when I saw the URL ([Only registered users can see links.] ) at the bottom of the image that was in the email they sent to announce the live stream. At the moment the URL just redirects to the YouTube channel that it's going to be broadcast on, but the fact that they've registered that URL makes me wonder if they have plans for a dedicated live stream website.
