NPR Tiny Desk Concert

Just stumbled upon this pic on instagram. Looks like possibly Dave solo performance. Excited to see if and when it will be posted.

Lot of really cool tiny desk shows, that's nice to see. Usually 3 songs. Sam Cop will almost certainly be one. Probably DYR and Here on Out otherwise if I had to guess.

One of my least favorite songs on the album, but obviously one that can easily be played solo.

Nice find. I'd imagine he'll play Samurai Cop, Do You Remember and maybe a classic like Crash.

It was just Dave. He played Samurai Cop, Here on Out, Donít Drink, Little Red Bird, Mercy, and So Damn Lucky. It was great performance. He was really chatty in between songs. The room was packed.

How long should we expect to wait to hear this? And where would it be broadcast?

It'll be on their site and YouTube. Most of the ones I've seen have been 3 songs. He obviously played more than that, but I'm not sure if that's standard and they cut it down or not

They usually throw 'em up on YouTube don't they? The Punch Brothers performance was great from a few years ago.

If it’s just a Dave alone I don’t expect much out of this. The appeal is usuallly band’s crammed in a small space, playing paired down versions of their songs. Save solo performances are a dime a dozen.
