Which is why I didn’t say “your opinion.”

But I don’t actually care that much.

The lyrics are horrendous, but the chorus is stuck in my head.

Interesting that after all the bitching about Dave playing keys more than half of us picked a Dave keys song as their favorite.

I thought that too. I just don't like watching him play the piano on stage. He can play it in the studio all he wants.

I found a way to like VITR before the album, really came around to it. It's completely just a mental thing for me. I feel like Dave has more to add when he plays a guitar then the keys, and I think it comes back to seeing him play the keys and the album Stand Up. They go together for me, like I said it's a mental thing.

One of my favorite things about VITR on the studio take is that the keys are not the real big prominent sound, it's well layered.

Really wish I could find a way, I just can't find a way to like it. When I think of gem, I don't think of a song like TGIY, I think of a song like The Stone.

I think the problem I have with the album is that I don't have a favorite track. When I start the album, I'm not looking forward to anything at all on it. The only song I find myself completely skipping is Here on Out.

But then the song has a gem like "Storms will rise out of innocent skies" which invokes good imagery

This is definitely not a popular opinion here, but I agree.
