Song just builds and builds and then, just when you think it's peaked, oooo no. It just goes to that other place and then the horns kick in and it explodes. all... over... your... face.

Okay, this is stepping a toe or two across into the dark side. But I don't mind the live versions, minus Dave's atrocious vocal.

The studio version remains the worst thing next to the ABI sound effects that the band has allowed on an album. Less than half-formed, more like skeletal.

We tried to tell ya'll...

Now if we can just get some subtle horn (not canned) fills around the verses, a Prince "Kiss" interpolation we've got full jerk

Dirty socks in mouth, falsetto around ankles

This reminds me of little thing. I like the "beat" or whatever it is, the music. The lyrics are cringeworthy and again, I could never, ever listen to this with a girl due to getting douche chills and she'd never hang with me again.

But I don't mind it.

There's no brilliance like this:

"Bartender you see, this wine that’s drinking me
Came from the vine that strung Judas from the devil’s tree roots"

But the song isn't bad live.

The worst?? Go back and investigate SU. It’s not even a question what the worst crap is in the DMB catalogue.. It ain’t That Girl Is You my man

I like the song.. quite a bit. I'm just saying I could never, ever listen to it with someone else in my car because she'd never hang out with me again. Ever. But, I could (and will) listen to it by myself. This is far, far more positive than the majority of the people on the boards have been about the song.

There's 50 worse songs in their catalog than this.

The studio version is terrible. Why didn’t they just go into the studio and record it like how they just played it live? Makes no sense. I can’t beleive how Unenthused I am about this album. A brand new album from my favorite band of all time and I could care less because I know that either it’s going to suck or they’re gonna do shit like this studio track that makes no sense:

I bet there’s barely any horns on the whole album, probably no Boyd and Carter probably being replaced by drum machine in half of the songs. Combine that with horrible lyrics, Frankenstein surgery production from 3 different guys and 3-4 songs on the album being basically Dave solo is just a recipie for disaster.

No, there aren’t. Not even 5. What the hell are you talking about? All this love for this song is making me feel like Trump getting elected all over again. Is this Narnia?
