Too bad the studio version is nothing like the live version with regard to horns and use of the other band members

That Girl is You Supporters - A Safe Place

Alright, it’s been two weeks. I’ve seen a lot of people warm up to this song (any port in a storm I guess), but has anybody come to their senses and left the “safe place” yet?

Spoiler:
Dave is going to be screeching this like a velociraptor in a month. Just keep that in mind.

I simply think they'll have to stop playing this one soon.

Yeah when this song eventually gets shelved, will anyone actually be vocalizing a desire to bring it back in sets? Doubt it.

With Dave's track record... he'll keep trying to sing it even if he can't sing it.

At least with that he's screaming and you can fake it. The falsetto is different than just yelling as loud as you can.

I’m not sure they’re free to leave at this point. They’ve been brainwashed. I think we need to start pulling some out of here and bring them to an intervention thread.

Maybe all this happened because Boyd thought that girl was him? He did plant a smooch on Dave that one time...

I have to be the last on this board to find out that Glen Ballard has a writing credit on this song. Catchy tune but maybe it will work D&T because I agree full band his voice will be rocked and he will still want to push on.
