I think Break Free is as liked and accepted as it is around here only because it debuted live first and not on Stand Up. Any of the complaints about Stand Up (lyrics suck, music is too straight forward, derivative, and uninteresting) are all right there on Break Free as well. It is just as much DMBatson as Smooth Rider.

I think DDTW is a terribly overrated opener.

Here's my big list of unpopular opinions:

- I think "Let You Down" is awful, and DMB's worst song.
- I think Dreamgirl, despite its lyrics, is a lovely song.
- I think WAYG is a very nice song all around.
- I think Smooth Rider is one of the best, if not the best, live songs to come from SU.
- The Space Between is a nice song.
- I think Busted Stuff is a better album than LWS overall.
- I still think Jimi Thing kicks serious ass.

That's just off the top of my head. Plenty more I'm sure.

FMM, why don't you just do a search for your posts and then put a link to the results in here?

i think that people on here are normally afraid to say what they really think because they are afraid someone with a bigger post count will beat them up

I still don't care for Rashawn Ross

Break Free is kind of bad

There are only a handful of tracks on RR 05 worth listening to

seriously though, I think people think that those of us with big post counts think that makes us cool. Trust me, we don't.
