Yes sir! I'm sure you've been out here before but if you're looking for any suggestions (restaurants, breweries, trails, scenic drives, dispensaries). Just ask!

I've been a few times, but I love going to as many different dispensaries as possible. I don't like to repeat even the ones I love because they're all so different with so much to see and smell and take in at each.

Plus, we are going for a convention that my wife is doing, so I have a lot of time to myself during the days. I'll need good advice for all that stuff, and would love to even get a happy hour one of those evenings with a few of us that are out there if you're around.

I owe ya beer or smoke for all your Almanac efforts anyway. Let's touch base before you're out here.

The wife and I just made a spontaneous decision and purchase to go see The Gaslight Anthem in DC this Monday! They are only playing select reunion shows for this first time since 2015 and they are one of our favorite bands, so we went on Stubhub and made the purchase

Our last show was Brian Fallon in Philly a few weeks ago as well

Nice! That’ll be awesome. I know stubhub prices were a little crazy, but these shows may be worth it.

I love the Riverside Theatre. I think Milwaukee is a great city and I've seen some great shows there and at the Pabst.

My last few shows were Willie Watson (solo) in Fort Collins - if you are at all into folk this guy is incredible. Highly recommended.

Caught As The Crow Flies in Denver, that was ok. Then Justin Townes Earle Solo in Denver.

Up next: Ryan Adams Thursday at Red Rocks

I love the Riverside as well, kind of like a little home away from home for me when I pop up there for shows.

ATCF was interesting for what it was, but was great to hear CR sing those songs again. Probably won't see them again (if they decide to tour again) unless they mix up the sets more.

Last show: UM 5/19 in Hampton Beach. Good, not great. Some nice rarities in the first set but mediocre on the improv front. Big party of a second set with really strong jamming. Plush encore closer which was a blast.

Next show: Well I'll be...DMB in Mansfield. Will be my first show in almost 4 years

Agreed. It was ok. Marcus King is real talent and he's on my radar now. I do think someday they'll get back together and we can see CR do it properly, and until then I'd rather see the brotherhood.

My oldest brother is going through a really rough time right now. I was home over the weekend and convinced him to come out to colorado for a few days next month. We'll get some camping/hiking in, but he wants to do Dead/Co at Folsom Field.
