Might have to make the trip, always wanted to see a Mule-o-ween show. I did get tickets to the Madison/Milwaukee shows tho.

I have nothing to do tonight, so I pulled the trigger on the London Souls at Stage AE in Pittsburgh based on kind of digging the first song I heard on Spotify and loving the venue.

Can anyone tell me what I'm in for? Anyone seen them? Heard more than 1 song? Know anything about what kind of fanbase I'll be dealing with?

They're good. I saw 'em with The Black Crowes & Tedeschi Trucks Band last year on their tour and they also opened for Gov't Mule in the fall. They're live material is much better than their album, but they're a 3-piece band with some solid grooves and licks but some of has almost a Sublime feel (if you listened to their album, you'll know what I mean).

Tash is good though.

Thanks, I went to that tour last year at Stage, I just didn't get there in time for them. Got there right as T/T came on stage. But that's definitely where I remembered the name from.

It wasn't a concert as much as a gig, they cut the inside of the building into basically 1/3 of the normal size. But they rock pretty hard. Well worth the $12 ticket price.

Very nice! Those Mash-up Halloween shows are awesome, I hit a 2 of them a few years back here in the ATL. Not to mention the costumes are HILARIOUS. The one that stuck out the most was The Incredible Hulk Hogan...dude was painted all green with a Hulkster shirt and headband.

yes I'm very excited. Happy to catch one of the "event" shows. I've been to UMBowl and Red Rocks, so this will add another notch in that belt. Now to just get to an NYE some day.

Btw, that Hauntlanta show, specifically the Halloween night one is fucking awesome. I remember watching that live on iClips as it aired and having my mind blown. Just destroy the set then Haj>Puppet/Kitchen encore, and STILL come back out for a ripping N2F second encore. Can't beat that.
