The 8/25/03 Rapunzel and Tripping Billies are my favorite versions I've seen live.

These might be my favorite released versions of JTR and Lover Lay Down now.

It really is, but I just compared it to the Central Park bonus disc version and I think I prefer that mix over this one. Both great though.

I've listened to this through about five times now and I'd say my top 5 are:

Bartender (chills!)
JTR
Seek up
Raven
You never know

Honorable mention to snow outside.

I love the quality of Dave's voice on JTR during the beelzebub line

You don't have to. Music is subjective. That's why there's so much of it and no such thing as a guilty pleasure.

You don't have to , I really enjoy Break For It much more now than I used to, but I wouldn't say I "love" it, that's pretty strong. But yeah there are far worse songs in their catalog than that...many more. I'd take it over Mercy, Death On High Seas, OOMH, Bob Law, Be Yourself, Blackjack, Can't Stop etc.

It's one of the few times when they've done something that sounded a bit different and succeeded. It's a perfect little song and I like the lyrics too

I only hear that because someone pointed that out on here when the song was first getting played.
