"The Boots" Dave and Tim Live 3-Track EP

Hadn't seen anything here about this yet. From the band's Facebook page:

Purchase $50 of wine and/or merchandise online or in the Blenheim Vineyards Tasting Room during July and you will receive a free unreleased Dave & Tim “The Boots” EP from the Charlottesville Pavilion August 20, 2011 show. 10 copies will be signed by Dave and distributed randomly!

I've had some. Not bad.

I actually think D+T and a glass of wine on a nice day probably makes for a good relaxing combo.

maybe edit the thread title and include '3 track live ep'....I'd assume this was new music if looking at it for the first time.

Don't worry Mitch, I'm sure this means we'll get the full show as a Live Trax soon.

They got a new wine maker a few years back. Much improved since then. I like their blends (painted red and painted white).

yeah not sure when it got started, but i was at blenheim on saturday and they had advertisements there for BOWA, like you could buy into a share of the output, a certain amount of beef or whatever over the course of the year.

i bought a bottle of the painted white but haven't tried it yet.

The only songs from that set not to be released D&T are Che and Whiter Shade...right?

Ugh, I hope not

Dave is a smart and lucky man. Need a spike in sales to clear inventory? Release three random tracks!

Indiana finally allows this to be shipped. Sweet. I bought 3 bottles (Chard, Red Table for display, and Cab). Shipping is pricy ($21) but I'm excited to finally try the wine and get a free CD to boot.

I have the Dreaming Tree wines CD that is really rare on display with my 3 bottles of the original run of Dreaming Tree wines.

I enjoyed the Cab, had a glass last year at the Hard Rock in AC. I'd get it again, depending on the pricetag.

I don't drink. Hopefully this E.P. will make its way out into the community in possibly clandestine ways.

I like that they are now marketing to their significantly older fans. Wines now, when do the "One Sweet Whiskey" campaigns begin?
