I used ApplePay for the first time today at Whole Foods. I was expecting some small hiccups for the first time, but was a flawless, very smooth and easy transaction. It's going to be fantastic when ApplePay becomes more widely available and I can see using it a lot in the future.

Are you nervous about security threats though? Just curious.

But remember Google Pay has been around for a while now, Apple isn't first to market with it, etc.?! Just goes to show that when Apple gets behind something, they improve upon it and folks adopt it, plain and simple.

Not sure if you saw the keynote, but someone could steal your phone and you wouldn't have to worry about canceling your card with the system they use. To me, it's as secure as any form of digital payment could possibly be. I mean, it basically uses a completely new "card" for every single purchase you make.

Such as?

To me, it seems even more secure than using a debit/credit card. The cashier never sees my card number, security pun, expiration date, or even my name. My card is never out of my possession and all my information stays private. I have more protections on my phone (long, complex password, fingerprint access that can't be reproduced, findmyiphone abilities to locate a lost phone or wipe remotely) than I do on any single credit card, especially with the outdated magnetic strip (they won't even use these in many other countries) and "security pin" that is shared or accessible with almost every transaction.

Just narrow it down based on your needs/preferences. Like for me, I don't like cases that leave the top and bottom of the phone exposed, so that eliminated a few. I also don't like cases that expose the Apple logo on the back (seems silly to me), so that also eliminated a few as well. I eventually narrowed it down to the [Only registered users can see links.] . It's a very slim case that still offers great protection. I've handed my phone to a few people and they had no idea that there was even a case on the phone.

I'll be honest, I didn't know a thing about Apple Pay, since I do not yet have a 6 or read up on this feature. After your explanation, it makes more sense now, so thank you

Wow, these cases look great! I plan on ordering a 6 Plus soon, so I will definitely get one from this site.

From what I've read, the math only works if your data plan is north of 10GB.

This newest iOS 8.1 update seems to have stabilized some things, it's a much better experience now.

I just stopped in at an ATT store to check out the new iPhones...holy crap, the 6+ is ridiculous! I couldn't imagine carrying that around.

Does anyone use T-Mobile in the tri-state area (preferably NJ & NY)? I was thinkin of switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. The reviews regarding their coverage looks good so far, but I was wondering if anyone would happen to have any first-hand experience? I would like to get a 6 Plus under them. Thanks in advance!

Cool. I wasn't sure if you had a specific "threat" in mind that you had heard of.

I think you'll love the 6+
