For sure, you can do most of your food shopping there on the cheap. Problem is the closest one to me is like a 5 mile ride through the city, which means like 40 minutes.

But Target owns.

I was never a Wheaties fan so I agree completely. Usually I get Honey Nut Cheerios though (the Trader Joe's version).

Target is where my love of Fruity Cheerios began. So damn good.

I looked into this about 6 months ago. Not to downplay what drh does, because there are definitely varying talent levels in the field, but getting your CSCS is not very difficult. My best friend in high school, who is slightly above an idiot at best got his and he now runs a gym at GSU.

All you need to do is have a degree in something, be CPR certified and you can take the certification test. All the materials are available online. With what you already know about training I don't think it would take you very long. I decided not to because really there isn't very much money in it. Granted there is a lot of satisfaction but it didn't seem like something that could be done on the side starting out.

Have at dude. Depending on what you're doing though I would adjust the numbers. This is to accommodate lifting, but if you're doing more cardio for example you probably don't need (or want to spend money on) those protein figures. It would just be a waste of money honestly.

But if you do lift and think it would work for you, please have at! Keep in mind I came up with the 2200 kcal figure based on what I read in that article, which was calculated off of my weight a couple weeks ago of about 193-195. If you're lower or higher, and you do decide to use my chart to accommodate lifting, you would want to recalculate how much of each of those (protein, carbs, calories, fat) you should consume based off of your weight.

Thanks for the compliment though, I actually put a lot of time into coming up with that stupid thing.

ask away . . getting certified is good, but you should go through a more reputable nationally accredited cert . . I have acsm, and nasm, and CSCS, which are the primo ones. THey all take intense amounts of time to study, the CSCS took a year of hardcore studying.

There was a middle aged black woman double pumping a Shake Weight at the gym today in the middle of the free weights section. I don't know how I managed to keep myself together.

Yeah I've tried it. Fruit Punch tastes decent, no bad crash afterwards and it has some ingredient that makes it harder for your body to get used to it meaning you don't have to keep upping your dose like other pre-workouts.
