Let's Help Each Other Out. **Taking Vinyl Requests**

[UPDATE 4/30/20]

Hey everyone, I hope you guys are still staying safe and healthy. To those who have lost someone recently, I'm terribly sorry and just know we're all for you during this time. Don't be afraid to reach out to anyone if you need someone to talk to whether it's a family member, friend or even someone in this community. If you're experiencing health issues and concerns right now I wish you a speedy recovery. I also want to thank everyone here who has contributed in their own way through their own sources. A lot of folks here have donated time, money etc... behind the scenes to people who truly need it during these last few weeks.

As promised a few weeks ago, you can now PM if you'd like one of the vinyl records in the DMB store. Even if you've already received a CD/Blu-Ray, you can still make a vinyl selection! Please select the Vinyl only albums without the calendar. At the end of this month I will have a very limited amount of vinyl not found on the DMB store such at UTTAD, Red Rocks, Luther, etc... I will update with an exact count at the end of May. After this round of vinyl selections, in the following month (June) I will take requests for random merch in the DMB store as well!

---------------------------------

First I would like to say I hope everyone here along with your family and friends are healthy, staying safe and responsible during this time. Each and every one of us are being affected in different ways with what's been happening. Some of us may be battling health issues, some may be experiencing financial stress, some may be finding their mental health challenged in ways we never anticipated. There are those who haven't quite felt the impact yet of our current situation and then there are those whose lives have been impacted tremendously over the last 3-4 weeks. No one knows the future. We can try and predict best and worst case scenarios and while we hope for the best but prepare for the worst, I think we can also take this time to help each other out.

TDC will not be asking for donations in 2020 and 2021. Save that money for more practical things in your life that will be more important to you and your family during this time.

Also, I know some of you are feeling the stress and pressure of being hunkered down in your homes. So with that, I would like to offer every one of you one Free Live Trax CD of your choice. Send me a PM, pick the show and give me your full name and address and the show will be sent to you directly from the DMB store. Even if it's something as small as a DMB live album, at least it's something fun to look forward to and I hope it brings some sense of joy.

And please don't feel like you're too proud to accept charity, as this is not intended as such. I am more than happy to do this and I'm hoping this is just something fun for everyone to participate in and also spread the "pay it forward" mentality. Plus, it will be fun to see which Live Trax albums are selected.

Thanks to everyone who is still keeping a positive, yet responsible and informative attitude during all of this.

PICK YOUR SHOW!

I think it'll take a while for me to get my choice because non-essential trade has been temporarily shut down between our borders.

But I'll think about it. Thanks, Brandon. An unexpected treat. (Hard to choose though.)

There are like 8 releases that are considered essential. So choose wisely!

Really cool move Brandon, really cool

You need to pass on the 8 you consider essential. I'm interested.

I feel bad taking him up on the offer because of the insanity of Canadian shipping costs from the Warehouse. But, I would've picked Live Trax 44 (9.4.16) because it's the only DVD release I don't have.

That's my tip for anyone - pick one of the LTs that include a DVD. You can get the music anywhere online, but not the video.

Wow! What a post. This truly got me in the feels as they say. This is truly a great community here.

Jack, i think it makes sense to refresh us all on the LT essential list. Last time i reviewed it my life was changed by LT 41.

Very generous gesture, Brandon.

Also, along these lines, if anyone in our TDC family is (now or later) hurting during these times, let us know. If we can help any of us out by Venmo/PayPalíing some cash or any other means, Iím sure many of us would love to help if we can. Not a time to be shy or too proud.

Wow, incredible Brandon. Its crazy to think, after 16 years on this board and all the fighting and downright nasty conversations at times, that you and others are so generous at this time. Boards like these are critical in my mind right now to take our minds off the outer world.

Thanks again!

Wow, this is beyond generous especially at a time like this, thank you!

What is everyone's opinion of LT 44? Looks like a good set and I haven't previously heard any taper audio.

If you don't have LT 47 yet, that is one I can certainly recommend out of the newer releases.
