All this lillywhite talk made me throw on a few tracks.

I really wish I could see Dave or Stefan listen to that cut of BEF or Captain and get their honest take on it. I know it probably brings back some dark/difficult memories but holy shit. THAT is DMB at its best. The interplay between Roi and Boyd is incredible. The layers, the emotion, the pacing. It's just very natural and uniquely DMB.

I don't get that feeling from Rashawn/Jeff playing over each other.

Just for fun, I made this Best of 2002 compilation disc a long time ago and listened to it all the time. Not sure I would pick the same songs, or same versions now, but some I would and it's a fun listen.
