I honestly can’t remember the last time I bought any live DMB releases.
Especially anything new. The band’s been pretty bad since right around 2013/2014, I’m at a point where you couldn’t pay me to listen to anything from over the last few years.

Booo. Lame that it's not SPAC 2016 or CVille. Looks like a great show on paper but I know for a fact that it's not as good as those other two.

I don’t know, even CVille and SPAC doesn’t really pique my interest much. I’d love 2018 to bring out an early 2003 or early 2012-esque setlist feel (bust out some classics and rarities, along with 10-12 brand new songs. Play 20 tunes a night, at least 5 new ones, and really mix up the sets/spots, etc. It’s been beaten into the ground, but 3.0 is beyond stale.

It had been a while since a 3.0 show, so this isn't totally unexpected. I don't have any interest in it at all, but it scans. Too bad they didn't do anything special for 100, though. Kind of surprised by that.

Nick DMB’s pretty bad now.
I know people that’ve seen them like 300 times that can hardly bring themselves to see DMB shows anymore. There’s zero artistic element to their shows anymore, everything is just loud, fast, and honestly, obnoxious. They don’t really care about the quality of their performances anymore as much as they do the adrenaline rush of playing in front of crowds. I’ll always love DMB, but they kind of suck these days. For real, no joke. It’s bad dad rock. I’m only interested in Dave solo stuff at this point.

I haven't listened to a live release in ages, I can't imagine the performances being anything special but the set on paper looks really nice. Maybe a new album with most of those songs is in fact coming in the next 6 months and they purposefully left them out, who knows. I don't particularly like any of them so if I was actively listening to these releases I wouldn't really care they're excluded

They really, really didn't wanna release any new songs.
I'm a sucker and will always buy a Blu Ray.

Not trying to be overly negative today (I’m actually in a great mood!), but I wonder if someone tapped them on the shoulder and told them the majority of the songs weren’t all that good and they’ve decided to scrap them?

There is no way they think that about Samurai Cop.

I do like it, but I'm not even saying that. I just mean Dave has recently played it, so I doubt anyone is telling him it's not good. And even if someone did, he seems to be committed to that one.
