I also wondered about this at the Fenway and FL shows I went to. It's like they didn't include Boyd on this album...but we've had this convo already on the BW thread. His solo's seem like it's pre-determined..not sponteanous liek it should be.

I almost started this thread.

I remember first seeing it on the bridge in the summer of 03. Dude, I hate this term and all the jokes, but he really butchered Cry Freedom on this show in June. I forget which show it was. Viva la Skree.

i haven't heard a Cry Freedom from that whole tour that DIDN't get ruined by Boyd. they should have just made that song a dave/roi showcase tune E1

He was pretty skree-free in 2004 but I agree lately, his playing is all over the place. His best sounds are on the Dive In outro.
