I listen to this show a bunch. Everything is super well played. Inoffensive Everyday and Ladies stuff. I love this Satellite for some reason.

Probably because of the intro

Most of you guys are good at this, did this intro ever evolve into another song?

The mix on this one is just fantastic. The Folsom Bartender, for instance, is probably a marginally better performance than this one, but this mix manages to highlight everyone so clearly that I like listening to this one more. Every instrument sounds badass all the time.

Every single thing I hear from LeRoi on this release, I absolutely love. Stefan, too.

Ugh stop praising this, y'all are going to force me to pick up a 2001 release against my better judgement.

I know it's been talked about, but you can't hear one lick out of 'Roi on the Prelude to Grace on the AUD, but then this gets released, and he's all over it.

Where does this DDTW rank among some of the bands best? I listened to it for the first time in months and immediately hit repeat once it finished. Couple that with this outstanding mix. A fantastic version. Roi is so good on the outro.

It's a great version of the song, even though I would put the CP version higher though.

It's up there. 'Roi is excellent (and he's all over this release, too,) and Dave is really intense. I remember being there and thinking the same thing that night.

I listened to this Jimi twice today and Roi's solo blew me away both times. A really unique and creative solo. The way he flows from one lick idea to the next is a joy to listen to. I love that lick at 10:10 and I've heard him play it so many times and always just assumed it was a Roi-ism... Is that what the almanac refers to as Pop Goes the Weasel?

Call me crazy, but is this Roi's best release? The mix helps, but dude is all over everything.

If I were to remake a top 5 LT list, this would be in it. Even with a couple of Everyday duds the whole release smokes. You could even argue best mixed show (alongside LT3).

Yea, I find myself coming back to this release as well. Even though Everyday songs were in the setlists, the band was still at their height and their performances were wonderful.

The 2001 tour was the height of my “getting into DMB,” the 2000 winter tour was when I saw my first show and followed each set religiously, but things really took off in 2001, I’ll always look fondly upon the ‘01 tour.

You could make a strong case for it I suppose. LLD, Jimi, and Prelude to Grace are great Roi moments.
