Two Step - Jul 29 2002 in Saratoga Springs, NY

-------------------------------------

I guess if we're doing write-ins I would go with:

Say Goodbye - Aug 12 1994 in Winston-Salem, NC

Recently 11-17-96 (w Harold Todd on flute)
Rapunzel 4-19-02 (best of the Spring 02 Rapunzels in my opinion)
Recently 6-21-04 (great butch jam, then roi and boyd trade solos)
Crazy Easy 6-26-04 ('love will spread like fire' version)
Grey Street 9-4-00 (w Bela)

Edit:
Two Step 5-31-08 (first of 08 with bananas tim solo & jam)
Raven 9-2-00 (fantastic lyrics, played faster than most 00 versions, really great version)
Is that the Raven where thereís a line about an ostrich with his head buried in a bucket full of shit? Thatís my favorite Raven....shame I donít know the date but I run into it here and there..

I picked 1/27/99 d&t little thing for mine....great moving lyrics

nope, not that one. this one starts like this:

walls inside
why must you compare
oh hatred works sometimes
as long as you're not there
so much for being free
to choose what you would like
just be as free as we want you to
and then you'll be alright

very tasty. and, for some reason, played at a faster pace than the nights before and after, which i really enjoy. in the spirit of gweeps, here's a download of 9/2: [Only registered users can see links.]

the one you mentioned appears to be 9/18/00: [Only registered users can see links.]

if y'all aren't voting for BEF > Bartender 7/25/01 --- why not??

bartender has jeff on it and it's gotta be the live version that comes closest to the LWS during the jam with two saxes going at the same time. it's a 'beaut

Love seeing everyone's "write-ins," going to have to make a compilation and listen one of these days.

I usually do this when Fan#41 lists some of his favorite versions of songs.

Oh damn this last stop is the right pick.

That 2008 Crush is definitely worth a vote, you won't regret it. I think Rashawn takes off his mute in the middle of the solo and just slays it. Then Tim and Roi come in...

Also that SPAC '06 Warehouse is probably the best ever, Rashawn is actually great on it, salsa jam, Louie louie

Somebody should update the first post with a list of all of our write-in picks. Has anyone voted for the same song?

Does 9/19/00 SMTS > ASTB > Too Much (fake) > Ants > Two Step
Count as one song?
We will find out lol

The issue with my write ins are that the rest of the songs would all have to be short in order to fit a disc.
Seriously the few that came to mind are like 22-28 mins according to almanac. The above Two Step alone is 27:34 but tell me that's not a killer ending run to any show

To repeat others, this selection of songs is a fairly random batch, and thin on deep pulls.

Probably makes my top five Ants ever. I remember getting this show on cassette in a B+P in '99.

My write-in is Blue Water from 1.26.93.
