Spin-Off: What Releases Would You Pay For (aka Take My Money Coran)

So in another thread I was talking about the vast library of releases we have now making me feel pickier about what I'd be willing to pay for. So I thought, "what would I be willing to drop some Cash Money on?" and the list ended up being longer than I thought, though pretty specific:

Multi-track Griesar era show: If such a thing exists and they could put it together, I'd buy it

Multi-track '94 show: Ditto if they did a '94 release too. They were filming the WWYS video during a 3 night stand at the Fox in Boulder Colorado in November of '94. It's possible they could have been recording in multitrack at the time and maybe they could give us a nice little compilation of the 3 night stand a la Live Trax 30

Specific 1995 shows: We've got so many '95 releases now, but there are still some shows I'd take - the RSO shows, 8/15, and 8/20

Cow Palace '96 - CAASH baby

Early Summer '97 with the Flecktones - I'd take anything, but preferably 6/8

Any show I was at - I'm sure you'd all do the same, but in particular 5/30/99, 7/7/04, 6/21/08, 6/13/09, and 6/8/13 would all make good releases aside from being some of the best shows I attended

The only open ended years for me are 1998 and 2000 now. I'd take just about anything from those years, but in particular:
1998 - One of the Herbie Hancock shows, 8/7, 12/3, 12/7, or a good show with Greg Howard
2000 - As much of the September run that they're willing to give, I'd take

I'd probably also be willing to drop cash on a top notch show from 2002 or 2004 as well.

What would your list look like?

12/8/00

Anything? You'd still pick up a random '95 or '94 show despite there being a lot of releases from those year? Not trying to be douchey, genuinely curious.

June 1997
Dec 1998
Sept 2000
April 2002
July 2004

I think those are the glaring holes.

As others have mentioned, one offs like the dead openers, RSO shows would obviously be awesome.

There are a lot of obvious shows that I'd buy in a heartbeat, many of which have already been mentioned, (8/20/95, Cow Palace, Denver or San Francisco D&T '97, 6/8/97, almost anything from '98, '00, or '02), but honestly, the two best LTs they've given us lately are 30 and 34, and both of those were total surprises. I'm all for more of that.

Shows I attended.
Some cool MSG compilation.
Dave and Friends
A couple more shows from 2000, 2002, 2003, Hollywood 07, June 08, WPB '10, 2012, 2013 and maybe one more from 2015 with some of the good guest spots (Bela, Brandford).

Both the Hollywood '07 and Greek Theater in Berkeley '08 shows get very little credit around here, and I thought they were fantastic. The Greek was probably better and such a nice, intimate theater, but it would be nice to have another LeRoi show. Hollywood had John Meyer on #41 and the Greek had Warren Haynes on it, so those are pretty equally great. Also, Hollywood had a very good Shotgun. I'd definitely pay for either.

I'm an idiot, but what is RSO?

Also, I'd extend the 1997 to July, 97. The Red Rocks shows with John Popper guesting have always been my favorites. (although we may have maxed out on RR).

This.

Except any 2000 is fine - September or otherwise.

I'd pay $15 for every 2000 show in SBD.. I'd pay $30 for every 2000 show in video format.

Well I wouldn't take them over something from '97-'00

God damn it, I meant 8/11

Though 9/1 setlist looks damn good and the tape is incomplete to boot... I'd consider that one.

Ah I forgot about that San Fran D&T show in '97. Yeah, I'd buy that.

I agree with you on the surprises (I'd add LT12 to that list as well), though I don't know how many more of those they have left to pull out of their hat.

I forgot about 2012. I'd probably pay money for a good 2012 show.
