I'll take any of them. I do want the Santana shows.

How do we not have a Giant's Stadium show released yet? I just don't understand. Dave clearly has fond memories of the place and those shows (as he mentioned in a past interview). Some of the best DMB shows were played there. It represents the band in their glory years. This is one of the few big time venues left that hasn't been represented in the DMB live release catalog. This needs to happen.

Wasn't it once mentioned that Giants 98 isn't available?

Wow there have been a lot of good shows at this venue, huh? I clicked 5/26/99 without thinking too hard and then I realized the '98 show or one of the '00 shows might be better.

I will admit, i havent listened to all of them and i agree with Bat, there were a ton of good sets to choose from. However, for me i thought the uniqueness of the 98 show with Big Voice Jack deserved it.

Sometimes they find things. I know of one release that they thought the tape was lost, and found one. But as of maybe 5 years, they do not have a tape of 6.7.98 other than the same AUD tapes we have.

This. Thanks for elaborating more on this situation.

Watch, then we finally do receive a Giants Stadium release, it's going to be one of the 2001 shows. I'm saying it now, "Two Step in the rain" isn't going to translate well on audio DMB management .

Despite being a 2001 show, 6/11 has a few really good performances. Namely: that LIOG with the Beatles 'Rain' interpolation, Drive In Drive Out, BOWA, BEF>Bartender and Rapunzel on the red electric.

The 2001 Giants Stadium shows would be at the bottom of my list. However, if they have to go that route, then I feel that N2 or N3 are the better shows. N3 probably wins the 2001 shows, then N2, followed finally by N1. That's just my take though.

Yes, I agree that N1 has that awesome "Rain" interpolation, but as with the release of "Dreaming Tree" from SPAC 2008, it was edited out of the official release. Maybe it's a Beatles management thing?

There was one less ED song played in N3 from N2 (2 less compared to N1), a nice classic DMB opening run (Warehouse, #41, Crash), a rare Angel From Montgomery, great renditions of both Seek up and Grey Street, and an Ants show closer. In my opinion, out of the three shows, N3 felt more old-school DMB the most. I believe it was selected in our Listening Group thread as well.
