Disappointing for 20 years in the WH, yes. Usually get at least one night of Alpine and one night of Creek as lowers. Just hate having to go find better to tape with.
amen
I either got declined both nights that of SPAC again OR confirmed for both since I have a hard charge equal to 4.
I'm going with declined both lol

I don't think you ever could order taper tic from the WH.
If so it was the first year only because I got heavier in taping in 00 and it wasn't an option but 99 I might have overlooked it.

no
Temps are always crazy
Mine came and went three times since 2/7 then a hard charge today

exactly, a good aud is better then a "raw sbd" in many cases

they don't have a way to check and it pisses tapers off.
I wouldn't want to show up with a taper tic and no gear. You might get a stand stuck up your ass

They put the show up for free which was an awesome move on their part, but part of the experience is lost with the lack of crowd noise. Also some things just sound better from a taper pull vs. an unpolished SBD. So I wouldn't say there's "literally no point" in tapers.
Def a point to tapers imo

There is NOTHING like an AUD pull. I would take one over a release or SBD release almost every single time unless the quality is something like a set of mics in socks underwater. Or just a pull where the PA was fked up.

For me the biggest thing that kicked me into gear and made me jump into the taping scene was actually the lack of tape(s) from my Summer shows. Not being able to open up my archive, throw on one of my shows and feel the energy of the night rush back was a huge bummer.

Now I'm carrying around a stealth setup in my "day bag" along with my usual shit so I can be ready to go if I decide to pop in and see a show.

Pretty sure I'm gonna get railed by WH though, had a few temps that boof'd away and now no hard ones. Going to just roll my luck the way I have been since 2013 which was the last time WH gave me anything other than garbagio. Its just not worth the roll of the dice for seats I cant tape from this year.

that was the reason I bought an MV88 - I take it to every show I go to that will likely not have a taper and it's been great to be able to listen back to everything. the quality is nice too and all you need is the mic and your phone.

Hard charges of $453 for me. I requested lowers for Dallas and Nashville. Looks like I didn't get one of 2.

Seems like that's the story of the WH ticketing requests this year. Everyone got half of their requests and most, if not all, aren't good price levels.

The quality of your pulls using that MV88 are incredible. Thank you for recording and streaming those few shows you've done. Pretty amazing how easy it seems like it is

Hard Charges for:

4 Tickets - Alpharetta - Lowers/PIT
2 Tickets - Pensacola - Lower Bowl Reserved
2 Tickets - Nashville - Lower Bowl Reserved

Still can get screwed but this is so far what I wanted.

They might as well just release the confirmations/declines at this point.
