What's so difficult about it? Getting the temp right?

That's what I'm worried about with the weber. It's not hard but it can take a few weeks to get that perfect 250 down

Eh, I'd say I had a bit of a learning curve in terms of getting the fire up and going and staying lit at the right temp. It took some getting used to but I finally got it.

He claims cooking anything on it takes forever. They have a webber at their other house that he loves, but he is ready to toss the egg. Hopefully into my yard.

I got my medium BGE for FREE due to a completely moronic salesperson at Georgia Backyard. One of my best scores ever.

Had I known she was gonna be so incompetent, I would have gotten 2, but sadly I think they went outta business (which is part of the story).

Nah, this one was off of Windward Parkway near where I used to work. I think it's the HH Gregg now, haha!

Jonas you're my fuckin hero, that thing is SWEET

I live in a city apartment so I obviously don't have a grill. I bought one of those little tailgate grills and started cooking in our courtyard. My landlord had a fit, some shit about insurance blah blah blah. So now, I take the grill out to the sidewalk on Broad St (main road in Philly) directly in front of my apartment and grill Burgers and steak are the cornerstone of my diet, and dare I say life.... I won't settle for frying them in a pan

Justin's favorite song to grill to-

Grabbed a little 8-bottle wine rack for the kitchen counter; gotta start stocking up. There's a place I found this weekend about an hour north from me in Johnson City, NY that sells $6 bottles of wine from all around the finger lakes.

My next trip to Europe is 100% booked! Flights, hotels, trains are all locked down. I'm leaving these emails unread in my Gmail account just so they're sorted to the top of my Inbox and I am thus reminded of the trip every single day.

Munich, Germany (For the last weekend of Oktoberfest; October 2nd -> 5th)
Vienna, Austria (October 5th - 7th)
Prague, Czech Republic (October 7th - 10th)
Berlin, Germany (October 10th -13th)
