He said something at the Columbus show before Wonderland too..... something like "I know this song has become a punchline but I like it so I'm still going to play it".

I don't mind when artists change up their old, sometimes not so good, singles at live shows. I saw Counting Crows over the summer and they played a tremendous acoustic version of Mr. Jones.

Yeah I don't either. Too bad that wasn't the case with this song.

it's not complicated

hold the mic stand while I'll secure it, watch the gear while I wander, make sure no one uses the mic stand as a stripper pole and occasionally make a beer run

I just got a text from my best friend and she is at the MSG show right now. 8th row dead center. And I'm a little jealous.

I hope she gets a good show.

tix were $35/$45 for cuse. He played from 9:20 till 10:45, which isn't so bad. Most artists outside of artists like DMB, and jam bands, don't really play sets more than an hour and a half.

Anything really. I just remember having a bunch of old, really good acoustic tapes.

Songs like Not Myself, St Patricks Day, Man On The Side etc.
