Any thoughts on my #40 conspiracy theory guys?

There are certainly people with actual information out there, and I think that's been pretty well documented here. There was also TheNoise (I think?) who came out and said the album will be called "Come Tomorrow." Pretty straight forward and hey, turned out to be dead-on, so that's cool.

But the vague posts from "insiders" over Ants like, "man, so much information is coming out soon!! can't wait for everyone to see!!" is tired.

Seems possible, but with probably 10-12 tracks to choose from and 12 years of recordings to back to, I’m not going to even try to speculate what made it. If I were to take a guess, I’d guess that #40 has a less than even chance, even against all the other possible choices, but that’s pure speculation.

Doesn't it say on the Warehouse that the album will come as a 4 LP set? Wouldn't that mean more than one full disc of songs? Maybe I'm reading it wrong...

This album is gonna suck. Weíve backpedaled from 20 songs to normal length and totally brand new songs scare the shit out of me especially with batson involved. Gotta hope for the best.

But this is why I always try to shut down ďinsidersĒ. Spill the info or donít say anything. It really gets peopleís hopes up. Itís partially our fault too for buying into it, but luckily i think most of us stayed skeptical. Talks of massive bsides with 20 songs had been a rumor on every album going back to Stand Up (at least) and itís never happened. Eventually it will but probably not until this band is totally done.

I think it's more of a principle thing. I'm not going to give them my money until I know what I'm buying.

Could you imagine a #40 studio track produced by Mark Batson. Just image this...Dave starts of the opening riff and says "Tables turned again...", ollowed by a syncopated rap beat, and a rapper coming in the background singing "These tables! They be turning!". "And you my friend..." "My friend! My friend! Yep!"

Not necessarily. If it's a 180g audiophile or whatever edition, it would be normal for it to be 4 LPs.
