Sierra Nevada Brewing is a fan of Phish. Foam Pilsner was brewed for the annual Phish Festivals. Foam was available last year at Phish 8, held last year in California – a.k.a. “hippie Halloween.” A sales rep for Sierra Nevada told me last night the Foam Pilsner will be back again for “Super Ball IX” held at Watkins Glen in New York State July 1-3.
About Foam: Foam is a German style pilsner brewed with grassy noble hops, and a blend of German and American malts. Close to 200 kegs are slated for the festival this year.
Availability: Draft only, Phish festivals.

Next weekend is going to be awesome. Doing Friday night at least...see what happens after that. Leaving for Waka on the 31st...gonna try and hit Tweeter and Darien on the way back. I know the NE is getting the festival, but kinda sucks that it feels like you got to catch them early or not at all...small tour IMO.

watched Utica last night. Pretty sweet dvd, though I still wish they were doing these in BR. Even if for just the audio. Still, nice little release. It almost seemed like the rest of the band was not all that thrilled with Trey's Guyutica stuff, but awesome nonetheless.

Finally have some sun here today, probably sitting out with a beer & Live Bait 4. They really do treat us right. Gonna have to watch the B's game on tape delay.

I said the same thing to my father yesterday about BluRay.. I don't get why they didn't release it in BR. My parents are from upstate NY and have been to Utica Aud many times so they were interested to see it
