Exactly. He's made 5 RAW appearances in a year. I mean, he is making the money, but the product. Geez.

They're trying to give a Reigns a shot as we speak, right?

I think, but Reigns is terrible on the mic. But he is a new fresh face

Seth Rollins is the guy that they should be pushing for the belt next, if they want a fresh face. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind a veteran like Ziggler winning it again.

Eh -- I love the current setup with Brock.

He has massive heat right now, in part, because he isn't on RAW every night to burn the fans out with endless talking segments and all kinds of convoluted, logic-stretching, non-title matchups (since the rule is that the belt rarely gets defended and damn-near never changes hands on free TV). It's the one thing the WWE has, without a doubt, done right over the last year or so. Everything they've done with Brock since WM last year has been brilliant, IMO.

The gimmick still has a ton of mileage left on the tires too, if they want to keep it up.

I see your point and I agree to a point.

So, it's a fair bet you're having a better Tuesday morning than Seth Rollins -- [Only registered users can see links.]

Anyone watch Fastlane last night?

I read the results and was pleasantly surprised that Rusev scored a victory over Cena -- even if it was a "he passed out, didn't tap out" kind of nonsense.

The crowd was dead which is surprising for a once hotbed for pro wrestling.

That sets up Wrestlemania. Rusev starts to go overboard with his "anti-American" gimmick while John Cena keeps up his America is #1. Then at Wrestlemania Rusev comes out with his flag, then Cena comes out Hacksaw Jim Duggan style with the American Flag. They have a 30 minute fight with Cena getting a pin on Rusev. As Rusex lies in the middle of the ring unconscious, Cena grabs the American flag, stands in the middle of the ring with one foot on Rusevs chest and waves the flag while the crowd chants "U.S.A, U.S.A.!!!!!!"

Yeah pretty much. Would have been cool for Taker to lose the streak to Bray as a way to pass the urn to the lantern, but I think the beauty of this feud will be the promos and mindgames. I don't expect much out of Taker, but you never know.

Wrestlemania this year has the potential to be pretty damn good, the way things seem to be going.

So, what's the card currently?

Reigns v. Brock (WWE Title)

Sting v. HHH

Taker v. Wyatt

Rusev v. Cena (US Title)

Barret v. Ambrose (IC Belt)

Cesaro & Tyson Kid v. Someone (the Usos?) for the Tag Titles

Golddust v. Stardust

A woman's title match

The Andre the Giant Battle Royale

So far, it's an OK card. If they get Seth Rollins v. RKO like people have been rumor-mongering, it pushes it up a little higher.

I suspect they'll add some people to the IC Belt match. For some strange reason, they've been pushing R. Truth as a legitimate contender to the belt, but I'd be shocked if he gets any airtime on Mania, seeing as he's the closest thing the WWE has to a jobber right now.

I also have to believe that Bryant gets a match somewhere, but I don't see where he fits in right now.

IC Title is a multi-person ladder match, with unknown participants as of yet.

Bryan and R. Truth will be a part of the IC title "Championship Scramble Ladder Match" along with Barrett, Ambrose, Sheamus and maybe 1 or 2 others.

So:
Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns
Sting vs. Triple H
Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt
John Cena vs. Rusev
IC Title Ladder Scramble (Barrett, Ambrose, Bryan, Sheamus, Truth?)
Goldust vs. Stardust
Diva's Title Match
Andre the Giant Battle Royale (Adam Rose, Fandango, Miz, Axel, Ryback)

I could also see the tag title match airing during the preshow.

When you add a jobber like R. Truth to the IC Title match, you just underline how unimportant the belt is.

I have to imagine that Erick Rowan gets added to that Battle Royale -- probably Ziggler too.

Well if you are gonna hitch your wagon to Reigns best to beef up the upper midcard titles with Bryan and Cena.
