Jesus. The Negative Nelly meter is fully maxed in this thread!

For all of you voting a 1, I'd like to call out that you are actually AGREEING WITH MARIO. Think about that for a minute.

Unknown at this point, though most are guessing Cavallo. I personally think it sounds a little clean for him, but the way the horns and keys are all mashed into the background definitely points to him.

I changed from 4 to 5, not because of SC as I think it isn't anything special but because Justin said rehearsals sounded good so I have a little more hope

I've been kinda lurking throughout most of this album cycle, but I've been keeping a close eye on what all has been going on. I would probably put myself at a 6 right now, fairly excited but my excitement is tempered a little. Samurai Cop sounds great as a studio track, I'd slept on that song for the past couple years because hearing it live was kinda iffy but hearing how they put it together on the record makes it really compelling.

I'm definitely looking forward to this album more or less, I'm even kind of interested in hearing how they do Can't Stop in the studio. As far as the song choice goes for this record yes picking tunes like Bismark, Sugar Will, and Shotgun would definitely have been much better, I think if they played their cards right with the production elements of the record they could still have a fairly strong album on their hands, definitely at least on par with the likes of Busted Stuff, Big Whiskey, and AFTW.

If it sucks though I won't be too surprised, disappointed but not shocked I suppose.

I agree. We shall see where it falls in the canon, but we have a pretty good idea where it has to land.

I'm happy a few of the songs made it, but I'm concerned about their production value.

I still can't find actual confirmation on that. Can anyone post a screen shot of these iTunes writing credits?

Is it time for a post- Come Tomorrow lyric reveal poll?? It would probably move the average down about 0.75 points.

Those lyrics STINK. But perhaps they'll work ok in the song. Sometimes just reading stuff without the melody and music attached to it doesn't seem promising and it turns out alright. Those are definitely bad but I'll try very hard not to judge them until I hear the rest of the song. But if that's the chorus I don't wanna hear people who bash Gaucho defending that

TheNoise told us that the chorus has Brandi singing "all the girls and boys" in the background.

Does that make it better?

I will say that the writing credits and those lyrics are not helping me get more excited about this thing. Iím still going to call myself at a 2, but my hopes are slipping.
