The album is called Clear Heart Full Eyes, and yes that is a FNL reference. Cue massive dissident load blowing

dude probably only went to Texas to make the album because he just wanted to be in FNL territory.

i mean, i know that's what i would do.

I've never been heavily into poetry, but I appreciate good stuff when I read it, and after looking up the John Berryman reference in Stuck Between Stations I've started getting into his stuff. Anyways found this essay, cool perspective on THS.

Awesome rock show last night in a Brooklyn warehouse. Two hour set, lots of Separation Sunday tracks. Titus Andronicus opened for THS and fired up the crowd with an impressive set.

Still missing the keyboards, but just a little. Lucero guitarist Steve Selvidge had quite a few solos compared to the fall DC show.

We were on the rail in front of Tad Kubler. Dude just makes it look so easy.

another good Tad anecdote is two years ago when the band honored a crowd request for Margarita 212 and Tad couldn't handle the pressure and had himself a margarita. by the end of the show he was nearly 10 beers deep.

come to think of it, 2009 may have just been rough times for Tad.
