Nick - i haven't bought an MLB game since MVP 05 (greatest baseball game since RBI for the NES haha). but then again i don't have a PS3... is The Show pretty good? i really wish EA wouldn't have dumped their baseball franchise for Madden exclusivity!

I was an avid MVP player, and was also really bummed when EA lost their MLB license... however The Show Franchise quickly made me forget. Most complete video baseball game experience available.

I bought TW a few years ago and got sick of it really quickly because the difficulty seemed to have no in-between -- either maddeningly difficult or ridiculously easy.

I have a both -- I can't imagine trying to play Black Ops with a PS3 controller. The PS controller is fantastic for a lot of things, but FPS games just feel better on an Xbox pad, IMO.
