This is where I lucked out. My screening was packed and the crowd was completely silent. It was really something.

Anyone remember ' the king of kong'? Because big news! Billy Mitchell just had all of his records stripped due to cheating.

An SCTV documentary special directed by Martin Scorsese? I'm intrigued. I always loved it much more than SNL.

I just saw "You Were Never Really Here," which I was very much looking forward to. I'm on the fence about it. I think it was good piece of art, but not necessarily a great movie?

Molly's Game was pretty good. Maybe better than its relatively lukewarm reception.

Milos Forman has died. He was 86.

What a great director, particularly (obviously) for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Amadeus.

A classic. Amadeus is forgotten gem.

RIP R. Lee Ermey, best known as the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket.

RIP!

Also, I just saw Rampage. It's big dumb fun.

Unfortunately the Rock does NOT inject himself with the same stuff the animals got exposed to and he does NOT become the size of a building and fight them at the end. Sorry for the spoilers.

Other than that, it's a mindless fun time. But it is incredibly ridiculous.

So weird, I’ve been on a show for a few weeks with a guy who looks JUST like Lee Ermey. I even told a few stagehands to go “look for the guy who looks like Lee Ermey.” Sad to hear he’s gone.

I have high hopes.

But it's just called Halloween? Again?

Okay.

Okay.
Itís supposed to be a direct continuation of the original storyline that disregards every sequel, so maybe thatís why?

I had hoped for ďHaddonfield,Ē but Iím okay with this too. Itíll just become known as Halloween 2018 by fans.
