4.5.09
Toad's Place
New Haven, CT

SET 1 Resolution > Passing, Water > Sweetness > Fearless, FF, Made to Measure, Hajimemashite

SET 2 Great American > Can't Find My Way Home > Great American, Nemo, Never Cease to Amaze, Let 'Em In, August, End of the Road, ^Good Ol' Boys, drum solo > Partyin' Peeps**

ENCORE Night Moves, Ride On Pony$

Just got in. This show was a ton of fun, I had such a good time. The band drank quite a bit during the show and had some really funny banter. There was a hilarious improve birthday song by Jake while Myers took a piss during the second set. Highlights for me were the Reso opener, Water->Sweetness->Fearless, Great American, and Nemo with an amazing jam sandwiched in between. Just an overall great experience for me. Having only been my 2nd show, I thoroughly enjoyed it and really appreciated getting to see a full acoustic one, knowing how rare they are.

I went to the Wilmington show, and they blew me away again. Cemetary Walk is one of their best, I've now decided. It is easily in their top 5 album tracks. Live was still pretty kickass.

Funny, DMB has always been my drug of choice, and I know all of the little jokes, one-liners, and abbreviations. I do not know any of UM's little things, and I have to learn all of them now.

Little stuff like HBB. I for some reason thought it was Hurt Bird Path. I must have spelled it wrong on my iPod.
