Awesome stuff Josh. Thanks for writing down your adventures and sharing them with us.
I've only known you for a little while now, but from what I do know about you, you definitely deserved all of that. Happy you had a great time.

London: Slept a total of 12 hours over three nights.

The first night I went to a cafe and got some coffee, where I met four really hot locals working there. One was Italian and spent maybe 45 minutes chatting with me, telling me where to go. Later she emailed me and let me know she wanted to meet up, but unfortunately, I was black out drunk and didn't see it until the next morning.

The last night ended with me having two chicks in my bed, one of which passed out and pissed the bed before I could get too far with either her or the other one. I will forever hate her for it, and I had rounded third and was speeding toward home with her friend before feeling sudden warmth on my thigh. I ended up sleeping on the floor, though the friend did take care of me a little bit while I was there.

Brussels: Drank about 30 Belgian beers one day, including at least four 750ml bottles of Cantillon, two Westvleteren 12's, multiple St. Bernardus 12's, countless gueuzes at a bar called Modeur Lambic, a bunch of local Belgian beers, and then my memory gets really foggy. Didn't get laid, but did make out with multiple Belgian chicks after drunkenly stumbling into a night club at 2am.

On another day in Belgium, when I visited St. Sixtus, I met a local Belgian family who got drunk with me. By the end of the night the father (maybe in his 60's) was trying to convince me to come to Belgium to spend time with her daughter (8.5/10, maybe mid-30's and sitting right next to me, but could not speak English). The daughter then took a picture of me with her parents, then leaned over to me, smiled, and showed me that she had zoomed in on my face and took a separate picture. Truth: I really wanted to bang her, but it was difficult with her parents there. I ended up heading back to Brussels (it was a long train ride back).

Antwerp: Spent one night there, met a drunk cougar on the train, made out on the train, and then she went off on her merry way. She was maybe early 40's, blonde, really pretty, but had an awful smokers' hack. I was too drunk to care.

Amsterdam: Met a bunch of 20-year-old Americans on the train and hung out with them for a while. Good kids, but boring (only one wanted to smoke weed - why go to Amsterdam?). So I got really high with that one, ate a massive weed brownie, and for some reason was given the responsibility of navigating a boat we rented through the canals. I didn't hit anything but I did piss off the guy instructing me on how to use the boat when I kept laughing at everything he would say because I was stoned out of my mind.

That night we met other Americans and a Russian girl (all in their early 20's). The Russian girl kept asking me what my favorite positions were. The message was well taken, so we went back to her hotel and I showed her. Then again in the morning.

Day two in Amsterdam was boring because it rained all day. I went to a local bar and met a girl from Venezuela. We kissed a little, but she was shy, so that's where that ended. I then got really stoned with locals. HOWEVER, Fact: A lot of locals in Amsterdam don't smoke weed. They seem almost put off by it. But they do like their harder shit (which I did not touch).

Day three in Amsterdam: Mostly drank and actually intended on not smoking...until I got drunk. Then I smoked a lot. Made out with the bartender who asked me to help her bring bottles to the basement at the end of her shift. She wasn't too good looking, maybe 6/10, but fuck, it was my last night and needed to go out with a little bit of a bang.

Side note: When I arrived at Amsterdam, I got to the place that I booked on airbnb.com and met the two brothers I was staying with. REALLY awesome guys, but one of them was FUCKED out of his mind when I got there. He was dancing in his boxers to techno and telling me to go to the rave with him. Then he told me he hadn't slept in two days. While I was tempted to join him and his brother at the rave, I had just met them and was somewhat afraid of what they would offer me (and even more afraid that I would actually take it), so I declined and went into town to hang out with the people I met on the train.

Also, I did have two moments of panic in Amsterdam - one was night 2 at about 4am, and the other was night 3 at about 4am, where I realized I was drunk and stoned riding a bicycle through a foreign city and wondered if I could get a DUI for riding a bicycle in that state. Needless to say, I didn't get into trouble, and when I asked the guys I was staying with if I could have, they laughed and said, "No man, everyone's like that all the time - the police don't give a shit."

None of this is a lie. It was a fucking insane ten days. I can't believe I'm alive, especially after all the drinking I did in Belgium and then all the weed I smoked in Amsterdam. I met a TON of people - a lot of really cool Icelandic people who knew a lot about craft beer, so I naturally spent a lot of time with them.
Reminds me of this:

I don't "get" the Kentucky Derby.

Nobody under 80 gives a shit about horse racing, yet everyone makes a fuss about this.

It's like the Olympics (I know this opinion isn't popular). People give a shit about it becuse you're supposed to give a shit about it.

In reality, no one gives a fuck about bullshit like track and field or skating.

A 2 hour block of TV for a 2 minute race. Can't they show it during a commercial break of a baseball game or something?

Is there anything worse than missing a light because the mother fucker at the front of the line cant look away from their phone for five seconds to see the light change? Infuriating.
