Agreed I think in recent years the guest spots have been a lot better. I would definitely welcome a lot of guests this year--would love to see Marsalis again, Bela obviously, Wooten, Matt Cappy, etc. I can see Kang guesting a few times maybe too. Danny Barnes is a guest I wouldn't want to see--he's one they definitely haven't used well. Always Cornbread and Road, way too predictable. I'd welcome EmmyLou and even Warren make some appearances too. And I know Lawlor isn't that well received around here, but I enjoy his guest spots too. Seeing him battle with Tim on R&R at SPAC in '16 was pretty awesome.

I really liked Danny Barnes on Bartender.

Looks like Boyd is selling some of his gear on eBay.

Wouldn't mind a Danny Barnes guest stint, if only to get Road off of the liberation list. It kinda bugs me that it qualifies.

I still don't think Blue Water was actually liberated in 2009.

Yea, that was borderline liberation. Close call there.

I personally don't think that covers should be on the liberation list, but that's just me.
