it is literally 3 blocks from my house and there is no way i am going to go. the lineup is really lousy and not worth 195 bucks and 3 days of my life.

imo, when ben harper is a headliner... the festival has issues.

Eh, my days of traveling to festivals is over, but the line up doesn't blow me away. Then again I've seen some of those acts before.

yea it's not a far drive to chicago from here. i might feel different about going if it was further away. that's why im suprised to see wescoast not wanting to go, he lives that close and still has no desire to go.

i bought my tickets before the lineup was announced, assuming it would be similar if not better than last years lineup, which had so many bands that i would so see on their own (arcade fire, the shins, chili peppers, flaming lips, death cab, andrew bird, iron and wine) but this lineup, for me, is definately lacking in anyone i'm dying to see, besides PJ, though some people are really excited about it. i guess it depends on what you're into. oh well, it'll be my first festival and give me an excuse to spend a weekend in chicago

I think I'm only going to buy a ticket for Sunday so I can catch Pearl Jam, and a few others. This lineup really doesn't do much for me (yet) so I don't mind only spending the $65 or whatever for one day.
