Yeah, it wasn't abuse, it was just that the combination aggravated an unknown pre-existing condition. It was really just a totally freak accident.

As to the drugs in her system, she wasn't abusing anything, right? It seems the usual these days...Adderall to focus and Xanax to ease anxiety and such.
Fentanyl is no fucking joke. That's what killed Prince, no? Weird he was reading about that at the time.

Not a comedian per se, but I just sat down at a reading by David Sedaris.

Thought some of you might like to read this interview with Jim Gaffigan where he talks about his wife's brain tumor and how he dealt with the possibility of her death.

Oh Hello On Broadway went up on Netflix yesterday, and it's really funny. John Mulaney and Nick Kroll have always seemed like they shouldn't work together to me, but they're so damn funny.

Just watched this. So funny. Lots of inside humor, solid premise. Really enjoyed it, and not just because Im a big Kroll fan

I've been listening to some of Marc Maron's WTF podcasts. Roger Waters, Patrice O'Neal, Chris Cornell, John Prine. He's a bit abrasive at times, but I'm getting used to it.

Well, you can't accuse him of not properly mourning his wife, because he plainly and publicly did. And if he found someone else that quickly, honestly, good for him.

Good for him is right, everyone deserves to be happy in their lives.

I gotta dive back into that - there's a few names there I'd like to hear.

I just don't care for Marc's interview style. There have been a few guests I was really looking forward to and I thought he "missed."
